Aegis Private Hospital houses an 80-bed State-run MediHotel, a new facility designed to ease pressure on existing public hospital services by providing a staged recovery option for patients.
Aegis is pleased to have been able to work with State health agencies to deliver this service for public patients. The State has entered into a long-term lease to operate the MediHotel.
Together, Aegis Private Hospital and its integrated services and the State MediHotel provide valuable, much-needed capacity across the southern metropolitan area.
